David M. Crouch is Managing Partner and founding member of Aediles Capital Inc. He is responsible for transaction origination, platform developments, cross-border investment initiatives, due diligence, financial advisory and asset management. David M. Crouch is the Chairman and Co-CEO of Aediles Talinay. Aediles Talinay is a LATAM Chilean based Asset Manager that manages one of Chile's largest renewable distributed generation platform of community solar projects in behalf of BlackRock Global Renewable Power. 

 

David M. Crouch has gained more than 25 years of international experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors as a developer, operator, financial advisor and asset manager. Prior to founding Aediles in 2015, David M. Crouch was director of Asset and Investment Management at SNC Lavalin Capital Inc. where he led global infrastructure and energy transactions and co-led important asset management optimization initiatives with SNC-Lavalin portfolio of PPP and concessions. David M. Crouch was involved in many high profile global transactions including the planning and divestitures of SNC-Lavalin in Malta Airport, Astoria Energy (USA), ETR 407(Canada), Ovation PPP (Canada).  Mr. Crouch was a board member of SNC Lavalin Malta Airport holding company – SNC Lavalin Malta Limited a value add investment for the SNC-Lavalin Group. 

David M. Crouch has held increasingly senior positions. In 2002, he was named Commercial Director at Hydro Québec International where he led project development, technical asset management optimization contracts and targeted investment initiatives & electric power privatizations in both Latin America and Asia. In 2008, he was appointed Director of South America at SNC-Lavalin International leading SNC-Lavalin growth in South America through a series of joint ventures, acquisitions and project development with SNC-Lavalin five (5) sectors (Power, Infrastructure, Capital, Mining, Oil and Gas).

David M. Crouch received a B.Mgt and M.B.A in Finance from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC Montréal). David M. Crouch technical engineering background includes a degree specialized in Instrumentation, controls & automation. Mr. Crouch is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
